Messy Mealtime

Lately Delaney has been insisting that she be able to feed herself. She will sit quietly forever in her chair working on getting all those bites in her mouth- but if I take the spoon and try to hurry the process up she will throw a fit of epic porportions. So lately when we have time in the morning I've been letting her eat her oatmeal all by herself. The process is VERY messy (as you can imagine) but she is pretty proud of her oatmeal covered self when all is said and done!
