5 months old and two new teeth

As of the 11th of this month Delaney is 5 months old. She is growing like crazy and her two bottom teeth have just broke the surface. She has been VERY cranky the last few days while her teeth were coming through but I hope the worst is over. She is putting everything in her mouth which bothers her germaphobic mother tremendously! She is scooting around on the floor and demands my undivided attention most of the day. She also loves her baths, eating her toes, and sitting watching the fish tank. She is also giggling now, especially when you throw her around or toss her on the bed. Here are some new pictures... Enjoy!

Getting into trouble

This morning while I was in the shower my very advanced, literate daughter decided to read the Sunday paper with her daddy. This resulted in quite a mess, you can't tell in these pictures but in addition to the black on her face her hands also looked like she had just been in a coal mine. Ah the joys of teething! Thank God for lots of baby wipes.

Delaney's first Christmas

This year we had an extra long break so we spent 3 weeks visiting our family in Connell. Delaney's first Christmas was very fun, although I'm not sure she knew anything was different. She did, however, get terribly spoiled by her grandparents. So much so that now she won't play by herself at all (Thanks a lot Grammie!!) We did get to hear her first giggle and get lots of pictures in her Christmas dress. When we got home we also found out that Ryan passed his board exams, so he's one more step closer to being Dr. Wieseler. (it might get annoying to call him that someday).

Getting Started

Well, this is my first foray into the world of bloggin and I must confess it has more to do with keeping the grandparents up to date with pictures than anything else ( I also wanted to be one of the cool kids ) so I thought I might give it a try.
